Section of Stadium Avenue set to close for utility repairs

Stadium Avenue between Northwestern Avenue and University Street is scheduled to close tomorrow (Sept. 7) for utility repairs. The closure is expected to last at least a few days until repairs are complete.

There are three detour routes available to help motorists navigate campus during the closure. They are identified on the map below and include the following:

• Both lanes of Northwestern Avenue, south of Stadium Avenue:
  • Northwestern Avenue
  • Grant Street
  • Mitch Daniels Boulevard
  • University Street
• Northbound Northwestern Avenue, north of Stadium Avenue:
  • Northwestern Avenue
  • Cherry Lane
  • Beering Drive
  • Stadium Avenue
• Eastbound Stadium Avenue, west of University Street:
  • Stadium Avenue
  • McCormick Road
  • Cherry Lane
  • Northwestern Avenue

Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians should use caution, obey all posted signs and plan on extra travel time.
