Welcome to BoilerConnect!
BoilerConnect is a student success system that links staff, faculty, and students in a coordinated support network. It allows users to identify students in need of assistance, and provide targeted outreach, support, and referrals, helping them navigate Purdue from enrollment through graduation.
Sponsored by Teaching and Learning within the Office of the Provost, Purdue University West Lafayette has partnered with the Education Advisory Board (EAB) to implement BoilerConnect. The goal for this partnership is to ultimately increase retention and graduation rates by identifying areas of additional support needed by students. More specifically, integration of BoilerConnect into the fabric of Purdue student support strives to:
- Increase retention and graduation rates for all students by addressing individual student needs
- Identify institutional barriers to success
- Provide seamless communication about students across campus
- Improve the efficiency of campus workflows
Over 100 offices on campus utilize BoilerConnect, accounting for over 800,000 student appointments since implementation of the system in 2017. Students are able to connect easily with staff, faculty, and peer tutors in areas from academic advising to career and pre-professional advising to Study Abroad, the Academic Success Center and more!
