Length of time at CHL:
Before coming to the CHL in March of 2017, I was a stay-at-home mom of two kids. I greatly enjoyed the privilege of being able to stay home and take care of them until they started school.

What attracted you to your position at the CHL?
I was attracted to the CHL because I think Purdue treats their employees pretty well, and I wanted to continue that with their health care.

Why do you like working at the CHL?
I love all the people that we meet every day! I love being able to change a person’s life for the better.

Philosophy of care:
My number one priority is patient care. It is the whole reason why I have a job that I love! I always try to do what is best for the patient and help them in any way that I can, whether it be as simple as informing them of ways to save money or breaking down a medical condition to terms they can understand. It is a great feeling when you can help someone else!

What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL?
When I’m not at work, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I know that my kids who are young will only be little for a short period of time. We enjoy playing outside with our two dogs in the summer and having fires in the spring and fall.

Fun fact about me:
I won a beauty pageant for most photogenic when I was 6!
