Employment Contracts, Employment Terminations and Nonrenewal of Contracts
Upon accepting a position at Purdue University, faculty members and lecturers are required to sign an agreement of appointment governing the terms and conditions of employment. Upon termination or nonrenewal of appointment, the person will be given notice on a prescribed University form.
