Undergraduate Plan of Study Review

For the 2024-2025 catalog (next review period), adopt an "opt-in model" for changes instead of the current approach which launches all proposals. All new curricula launched in that prior year and new courses to be added to supplemental lists will be launched.

For all other pages, colleges would receive a spreadsheet and would indicate if changes are required (i.e. opt-in). The spreadsheet will be made available to colleges via Purdue Box, and colleges are encouraged to track changes as they progress through the academic year to facilitate the opt-in process. All pages needing changed would be launched in Curriculog for colleges to complete with the existing workflow.

 *In the event of extenuating circumstances, additional opt-in changes may be requested after March 1; however, all submissions must meet the April 1 Catalog deadline.
