Annual Spring Health Programs Expo

Spring 2024 Health Programs Expo

Save the Date: Monday, February 26, 2024

2:00-5:00pm in Purdue Memorial Union North & South Ballrooms

Thank you to all of the program representatives, students, and campus visitors who attended the Spring 2023 Health Programs Expo! We appreciate all of you. Keep watching this space for information on the 2024 Expo.

The Health Programs Expo provides an exceptional opportunity for attendees to learn about the variety of health careers available to them, the credentials needed to enter those fields, and to speak directly with representatives from programs in the Midwest and beyond.

Purdue is fortunate to partner with several other schools when we plan our Expo so that program representatives can plan a week of school visits starting with Purdue and University of Cincinnati, IU Indianapolis, and Cleveland State University. We are grateful for these partner schools and for all the program representatives who visit us during this time!

Don't miss your chance to talk to university healthcare program representatives at the Purdue Health Programs Expo!

  • Students, faculty, staff and the public are invited to this free event. Registration not needed.
  • A resume is not needed.
  • Stay as long as you can. You can pop-in between classes as your schedule allows.
  • All pre-health students, first-year through senior year should attend this important event!

So why should you attend?

  • Wonder if your GPA is competitive for professional school?
  • Not sure what score you should aim for on your national admission test?
  • Unsure if you have enough clinical hours, shadowing or volunteering?
  • Should you repeat that prerequisite class?
  • Still deciding where you should apply or what to look for in programs?
  • Curious about other health care fields?
  • Still need to establish a parallel plan (back-up plan)?
  • Not sure what to look for in a professional program? Start to figure out what you find interesting in programs by learning about what various programs offer.

Ask an admissions representative directly!

Program representatives will talk to you about their programs in medicine, dentistry, physician assistant, physical therapy, occupational therapy, optometry, veterinary medicine, podiatric medicine, chiropractic medicine, health care administration, public health, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition and dietetics, and more!
