A scale can be a useful tool, but it doesn't paint the whole picture. This 30-minute assessment with a trainer includes an InBody test to estimate body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass and total body water. Participants receive trackable data to inform future fitness goals.

This one-hour assessment includes goal identification, a body composition test, postural analysis, movement screening, muscular strength and muscular endurance testing.

Monthly Program Design is exclusively for repurchasing clients. To qualify for Monthly Program Design, clients must work with one of RecWell's Nationally Accredited Personal Trainers for at least 5 individual sessions.
This two-session package offers an exercise program based on a client's personal goals, workout preferences and fitness level. Each month, includes an individualized four-week fitness program based on the included Fitness Assessment as well as two optional consultations with a Wellness Coach (for students) at no additional cost. The qualified team of trainers and coaches support clients in their pursuit of an active, healthy lifestyle.
Workout one-on-one with a Personal Trainer for motivation, guidance and instruction while exercising. Personal Training packages include a complimentary Fitness Assessment.
