Purdue pharmaceutical compound sounds the alarm on cancer cells and unleashes T cells

Zhong-Yin Zhang of Purdue University’s College of Pharmacy and the Purdue Institute for Drug Discovery leads a team that has created a novel cancer immunotherapy compound that degrades an enzyme found in cancer cells and T cells. The research was published in the Royal Society of Chemistry’s peer-reviewed journal Chemical Science.
