Extended Care Saturday hours are available from the Saturday prior to the first day of class through the Saturday the semester ends.
You may contact Extended Care Services during SATURDAY HOURS ONLY by calling 765-494-1725.
Saturday Extended Care services are limited to addressing the more urgent needs of students who have an illness or injury that requires treatment before regular PUSH hours on Monday. There is one physician available on Saturday with laboratory and radiology services.
If you come to PUSH for Extended Care services, you will be advised of the wait time (sicker patients are higher priority), and other local facilities as listed on the PUSH web site if the wait time is longer than you expected.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
For less urgent conditions you may visit a local Urgent Care Facility.
If you do not require same day attention you may schedule an appointment with one of our board certified providers by logging in to your Patient Portal.
Students seeking resources for sexual assault care may reach out to the Center for Advocacy, Response and Education (CARE).
For help with a mental health concern, please reach out to Purdue's Counseling and Psychological Services team (CAPS).
Doctors are making house calls again! Included with your student insurance plan, and provided by HealthiestYou, is 24/7/365 access to board-certified physicians online or on the phone (where permitted). Totally worth it for minor stuff (like allergies, pink eye and earaches), the doctors on Telehealth can even send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy. The future is here!
Telehealth can be a win/win:
