Student Programs
Our student programs are designed to support and enrich graduate students from all backgrounds. Each of our programs provides unique opportunities for students to challenge themselves and grow academically, professionally, and personally.
The Purdue Graduate School is well-known for our commitment to developing a diverse campus atmosphere. The Alliance for Graduate Education & Professoriate (AGEP) program started with a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant and is one of the few AGEP programs nationwide to be institutionalized. The Graduate Diversity Visitation Program (GDVP) has served as a model for other institutions to develop similar programs. The Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) has worked in coordination with the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA) for years to train a new generation of scientists. Our Bridge Program offers a unique opportunity for incoming graduate students to participate in professional development.
We invite you to explore all of our student programs and learn how each one helps prepare students to use their own talents to make an impact on the world.
