Integrated Analytics (AOIA)

The AOIA team is responsible for producing, validating, analyzing and providing quality control for all Administrative Operations (AO) reporting efforts. The AOIA team has the ability to source data from several locations including SAP (PPM, PM/MM, HR and FM), Procore, FMS and other departmental datasets. They also partner with ITaP on any system needs or enhancements.

The AOIA team is the primary data source for all reporting needs. They are partners in managing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time and under budget as well as providing analytic insights and performance trends.

The AOIA team can also help to visually show AO reliability and results through charts, graphs and infographics.

Administrative Operations employees may access additional information on the employee intranet that includes AOIA contact information, how to request a report and links to view existing reports.
