Wellness presentations brings well-being information directly to you. This free service allows you to bring in a wellness staff member to talk about a wellness topic of your choice.

Presentations are usually 50 minutes, however we can accomodate your schedule.
Requests must be made two weeks in advance
Presentations are not final until you receive a confirmation email from a wellness staff member. Please allow up to five buisness days to fulfill your request.
Custom topics are available upon request. Please select that option when completing the form. A staff member will reach out to discuss your topic.
